All units sold on eubankwallmounthvac.com are built to order by Marvair/Eubank to your specified configuration — voltage, electric heat kW, economizer or standard, refrigerant charge, and other options. Because each unit is manufactured specifically for your order rather than pulled from generic stock, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
No Returns, No Exceptions
Due to the built-to-order nature of these products, all sales are final. This applies to every unit and configuration listed on this site, regardless of tonnage, model, or accessory selection.
Order Accuracy
Because orders cannot be returned, please confirm the following before placing your order:
- Model number and tonnage match your project's cooling and heating requirements
- Voltage and phase match your site's electrical service
- Economizer vs. standard (non-economizer) configuration is correct for your application
- Shipping address is accurate and someone will be available to receive freight delivery

Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change; we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation can be accommodated.
Damaged or Defective Units
This no-returns policy applies to correctly-manufactured units delivered as ordered. If your unit arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away — freight damage and warranty claims are handled separately from returns and are not affected by this policy. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty coverage from Marvair/Eubank applies to all units per the manufacturer's standard warranty terms. Warranty claims are separate from this return policy — contact us for warranty service.
