SHIPPING POLICY

GROUND FREIGHT INCLUDED
Ground freight is included on all wall mount HVAC units purchased through this website, for delivery within the contiguous 48 United States. No separate shipping charge will be added at checkout for standard ground freight delivery.

Shipping outside the contiguous 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations) is not currently supported. Contact us before ordering if you have a shipment destination outside the contiguous 48 states.

BUILT TO ORDER
All units are built to order by the manufacturer and shipped on a first come, first served basis. Because units are built to order, we are unable to guarantee specific ship dates or delivery windows at the time of purchase. Estimated lead times, when available, will be communicated after your order is placed.

FREIGHT CARRIER AND DELIVERY
Units ship via ground freight carrier. Due to the size and weight of this equipment, deliveries are typically curbside or dock-to-dock rather than inside delivery, depending on the carrier and delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment, and that your delivery location can accommodate freight truck access.

INSPECTING YOUR SHIPMENT
Please inspect your unit carefully at the time of delivery, before signing for receipt. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or unit, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Freight damage claims must be reported promptly and may require photos of the damage and packaging — see our Refund Policy for details on handling damaged or defective units.

ORDER CHANGES
Because units are built to order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted and confirmed. Please review your model number, specifications, and configuration carefully before placing your order.
