Return Policy

All wall mount HVAC units sold on this site are built to order by the manufacturer and shipped directly to you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for any reason, including ordering the wrong model, size, voltage, or configuration. Please review the model number, specifications, and configuration carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Units
If your unit arrives damaged in transit or is found to be defective, contact us immediately. Freight damage claims must be reported promptly and may require photos of the damage and packaging. Manufacturer defects are handled under the applicable Marvair/Eubank warranty.

Order Cancellations
Because units are built to order, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted and confirmed.
